What
time do you show up?
We
usually get to the reception location 1-2 hours
before our scheduled start time. Depending on
how big of a set up we have, we might arrive 2-3
hours ahead of time.
Do we pay for set up
time?
Setup of our equipment
and breakdown is included in the price that you
were quoted. There will be no additional fees
on top of that.
I heard that you

Are
you licensed and insured?
Yes, we have a business
license.
Yes, we have insurance ($1,000,000 each occurence
and $2,000,000 aggregate).
What do you need as far
as setup goes?
Please provide us
with an area 6-12 foot wide and 4 feet off the
wall to allow us enough room to comfortably set
up. We also need at least one 6 or 8 foot table,
clothed and skirted 2 hours before our start time.
If your engagement is outside, please keep in
mind our equipment can be hurt by over exposure
to heat or other elements such as rain. Under
a tent or other shelter is usually sufficient
in these cases.
Do you take requests?
Audio To Go is always
happy to take requests if that is your wish. We
will even make it a point to announce throughout
the reception that we are taking requests. You
can also utilize the online reception planner
to make any requests that you have before the
day of the event.
What do you wear?
We wear tuxedos and
formalwear unless otherwise requested by the client.
Please talk with us about any other dress requirements
that you may have for your reception.
Can we bring our own
CD's for you to play?
If we don't have
it already, absolutely!
When should we call to
reserve a date?
As soon as you know
that you want quality entertainment.
We never know when someone is going to take a
date. Please call us to schedule a no obligation
consultation. We will be more than happy to answer
any questions that you may have and give you some
creative ideas for your party as well. Saturdays
book up the quickest, with Fridays and Sundays
following in the demand.

Why use a DJ instead
of a band?
There are a number
of reasons why a DJ is the right choice for your
reception.
Unlike
bands, who have a limited number of tunes that
they can play, Audio To Go has over 30,000
titles at the touch of a finger. With this many
songs we are sure to please all age ranges. We
can even tell you within a matter of 10 seconds
if we have the title that you are looking for
or not.
Not
only will we be your disc jockey by playing music,
but we will also act as your Master Of Ceremonies
for your reception. This would include introducing
all of the special moments such as the Grand Entrance,
First Dance, toasts, cake cutting, parent's dances,
the garter & bouquet tosses, etc. . . . We
will also coordinate along with your photographer/videographer
to make sure that all of these events are captured
for you.

To Go does not understand the phrase "ladies
& gentlemen, we are about to take a 15 minute
break. Please be patient while we return".
Unlike bands, we just do not need a break..
Audio To Go! keeps the music rolling NON-stop
for our scheduled time. It is our nightmare to
see people walk off the dance floor!

over NC (North Carolina), SC (South Carolina),
and VA (Virginia). Listed in no particular order,
